Following funding from Danish Peoples Aid (DPA), the project seeks to provide urgently needed child protection services to vulnerable children (boys and girls) through a safe children centre facility in Kismayo town. The intervention will offer interim care service and protection to most vulnerable children groups such as Separated Children (SC), Unaccompanied minors (UAM) and orphans who aren’t under care of adults in Kismayo district and entire Jubbaland state through a child protection center facility. In addition, the project will ensure emergency affected children in Jubbaland State are identified and their cases documented as well as receive psychosocial services and are reunited with their caregivers, relatives or arrange under foster care of members of community
